China Sole Flexing Tester ULB-F34 - Durable Flex Tester for Footwear by Leading Suppliers and Factory
Application
This tester is used to measure the flexing resistance of shoe soles under continuous movement. Before test, plunge some holes at the maximum bending position, and mount specimen at both grips, one fixed, one movable. Specimen runs flexing owing to the movement of machine. After a certain test cycles, remove the specimen and check its difference of incision length.
EN Sole Flexing Tester Standards
SATRA TM161, ISO 17707, ISO20344 section 8.4.2, ISO20347 section 5.8.4, AS/NZS 2210.2 section 8.4.2
Feature
- The automated control system supports one-click, fully automatic testing, ensuring easy operation and accurate data.
- Bennewart flex tester mechanical components are made of non-corrosive aluminum and stainless steel, ensuring smooth rotation and long life. A protective cover ensures safe operation.
- EN Sole Flexing Tester simultaneous testing of three or six specimens is supported, significantly reducing test cycle times. Test parameters can be flexibly configured based on the characteristics of different materials (such as rubber, leather, and TPU).
- Data analysis software processes test data and generates visual reports such as deformation curves, providing a scientific basis for product development and quality control.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. What is the main application of the EN Sole Flexing Tester?
The EN Sole Flexing Tester is specifically designed to measure the flexing resistance of shoe soles under continuous movement, helping manufacturers determine the durability and lifespan of footwear materials.
2. Which international testing standards does this machine comply with?
This tester meets multiple global standards, including SATRA TM161, ISO 17707, ISO 20344 section 8.4.2, ISO 20347 section 5.8.4, and AS/NZS 2210.2 section 8.4.2.
3. What is the difference between the ULB-F34-3 and ULB-F34-6 models?
The primary difference is the number of test positions. The ULB-F34-3 model supports testing 3 specimens simultaneously, while the ULB-F34-6 model can test up to 6 specimens at once.
4. Why must shoe soles be punctured before starting the test?
According to standard test procedures, small holes must be plunged at the maximum bending position of the specimen to initiate a controlled incision. The tester then measures the growth rate of this incision after a set number of flex cycles.
5. What materials can be tested on the Bennewart Flex Tester?
The tester is highly versatile and accommodates various outsole materials, including rubber, leather, TPU, and synthetic polymers, with customizable parameters to suit different material behaviors.
6. What standard accessories are included with the equipment?
Each unit comes equipped with 1 set of spanners, 1 piece of a 2mm chisel cutter for specimen preparation, and 1 power supply line.
